The book is a collection of personal antecdotes that capture the essence of growing up in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. According to reviews, it includes the gritty reality of living in a working-class neighborhood to the heartfelt experience of family life, with tales that are "whimsical, humerous and sometimes unbelievable, but always entertaining."

The story above appeared in the May 5 issue of the Chandler San Tan News. This constitutes my first example of media coverage. There was a miscomunication over the date. The signing was scheduled for May 12. Since the paper has a circulation of some 100,000 people. I will be signing books at Chandler Auto and Tire May 12 and May 19. If you happen to be in the area, come on by.

I wish I could be there. Maybe next time around, when I take a trip out West. Good luck!
